The location is ideal for walking to all interesting facilities, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, bars, restaurants, etc. The sandy beach of La Marineta Casiana is about a 10 minutes walking, and you can walk to Las Marinas beach it's about 1 km far away. The apartment is located on a third floor, accessible by direct elevator from the underground parking. The large private terrace of the apartment has excellent views of the community pool and the Montgó mountain. The apartment is very well furnished, with a dining room for 4 people, 2 sun loungers and a small relaxing corner with sofa and outdoor table. An ideal place to enjoy a good breakfast or dinner. It has an open kitchen perfectly equipped and very modern. The apartment is perfect for families and couples.
