Passing through a beautiful tropical garden you access the property that has on the ground floor a large fully equipped Mallorcan-style kitchen, a spacious living room with Smart TV and views of the garden and the pool and a dining room with table and chairs for all guests. From here a sliding glass door leads to the covered terrace next to the pool and furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for having breakfast or enjoying al fresco dinners. In the garden there is a barbecue, an outdoor shower and hammocks.
On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a shower.
Going up the stairs is the main room with dressing room, a terrace for private use and a balcony with some view of the marina.
Two double bedrooms and a bathroom for family use complete the property.
From the villa it takes a few minutes to get to the Paseo de la Marina, Cala Petita beach and the center of Cala d´Or.
