THE PLACE:
The space is a private apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on a second floor without elevator. It has a total of 4 double beds and double sofa bed (maximum capacity: 10 people).
The flat is distributed as follows:
Room 1: Room with built-in wardrobe, King size bed (1.80x2m) and queen size bed (1.60x2m) and balcony overlooking the street.
Room 2: Room with 2 double beds (1.35x2m) built-in wardrobe and balcony overlooking the street.
The 2 full bathrooms with shower, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer and iron.
The living room has 2 spaces: on the one hand kitchen-dining room-laundry room and on the other the salon with beautiful round marble table, sofa bed, huge built-in wardrobe with TV and balcony to Fuencarral street (one of the busiest pedestrian streets in the city ).
The kitchen is super equipped with all the necessary items and we will also leave the tenants all kinds of products so that they can prepare their own breakfast and be able to cook (coffee, sugar, chocolate, tea, salt, oil).
The laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as laundry soap and fabric softener.
One of the best things about the apartment is its location, located in the heart of Fuencarral street, in the center of Madrid :)

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Fuencarral street is the central axis of a large commercial area between the Malasaña and Chueca neighborhood. It is one of the most bustling areas of the city, with a great variety of national and international stores and firms.
It is one of the most cosmopolitan and diverse streets in Madrid, the perfect place if you want to go shopping in Madrid.
Fuencarral Street runs from the Bilbao roundabout, in the Chamberí neighborhood, to subsequently mark the boundary between Malasaña and Chueca, until it reaches the Gran Vía, at the corner where the Fundación Telefónica Space is located.

From the airport:
Taxi or Uber: Between € 25 and € 30 (approximately 25 minutes).
Metro: € 5. Get off at Chueca station (Line 5) or Gran Vía station (Line 1).
Bus: € 5. Get off at Plaza Cibeles (Yellow Bus).
Metro and Bus take approximately 45 minutes to the floor.
