THE PLACE:
The apartment has 7 rooms; 16 beds, of which 7 are doubles and 7 singles; and two extra single mattresses. Suitable for 23 people.
It has very spacious rooms, all with balconies to the street, 4 bathrooms with shower, washing machine, dryer, living room, kitchen and dining room.
Its distribution is as follows:
Entrance with hall, sofas, chill out area with TV.
Next is the kitchen that is fully equipped with everything to cook (utensils, glasses, cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, pans, pots, etc.) as well as salt, oil and products so that guests can make their own breakfast: Coffee, sugar, tea, chocolate, coffee maker, water heater and toaster.
For the left with a large hallway are all the rooms:

The air conditioning and heating are central.
All beds are equipped with fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover.

In this last aspect it is famous for its cinemas, so the section between the Plaza de Callao and that of Spain is known as the "Broadway Madrileño".
