The apartment has a total of 5 single beds and 10 double beds (maximum capacity: 25 people).
THE PLACE:
HUGE apartment, 320 square meters, with a maximum capacity in beds for 25 people, this apartment is ideal for large groups. It has 7 rooms, each with its own bathroom and private shower. Lounge kitchen; balconies towards Gran Vía street !!
The distribution of the apartment is as follows:
Full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, water heater, toaster, washer and dryer. If the tenants wish to cook they will have all the necessary kitchen utensils as well as tea, sugar, chocolate and coffee to prepare their own breakfasts.
Room 1: Double bed with private bathroom.
Room 2: Double bed and private bathroom.
Room 3: 2 double beds and 1 sinlge bed with private bathroom.
Room 4: 2 double beds and private bathroom.
Room 5: 2 double beds, 1 single bed and private bathroom.

Room 7: Double bed XL, single bed and private bathroom.
All rooms have balcony, air conditioning and all bathrooms with showers, soap and shower gel as well as hair dryer and iron.
Living room with sofa and chill out area.
Dining room with large table and armchairs.
All the balconies of the rooms and the living room face the street Gran Via, one of the most central points of the city.
All beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover and guests will be given 1 towel per person.

In this last aspect it is famous for its cinemas, so the section between the Plaza de Callao and that of Spain is known as the "Broadway Madrileño".
