If you love the sea and houses with a modern and relaxing style, this is your house! The interior boasts a modern touch that'll make you feel at home and its main terrace offers the best experience of living next to the sea. Here, you can enjoy your meals feeling the sea breeze and admiring the beach and the waves. On the other hand, the second back terrace also invites you to relax.

The accommodation features an airy and cosy room where the living room, -with air conditioning and TV-, the dining area and the kitchen are together. The kitchen has an induction top and all you need to cook. Upstairs you have the bathroom of the house -with a shower- and two bedrooms with a closet and a fan each. One of them has a double bed, access to a balcony with sea views and space for a baby cot (a high-chair also is available). The other room features a trundle bed. You'll find also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

This beautiful house offers direct access to the beach of La Devesa. Just grab you towel and enjoy the sun and the sea in a few steps, with the house at the back in case you need to come back to fetch some appetisers and drinks after you swim. The area of Oliva Nova is also ideal since the golf course is 2.8 km away. It is also close to the equestrian centre and you'll find a variety of bars, restaurants, etc, around.

Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 27 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation.
