The house has been recently renovated and furnished, offering ample and bright spaces, with a modern and functional decoration. It is fully equipped, also with air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi connection. It has several terraces from which some of them can enjoy the ocean view. There is an area where the private pool is located. It has a garage where you can store sports or leisure equipment that allows you to enjoy this privileged area.
The house is located in a privileged environment, a few steps from the sea, in an area where there is no tourist saturation, or hotels, also being close to the city of Alcudia.

This house is the last of a small group of houses, so it is terraced on one side, and on the other, it is free and clear, which allows you to have magnificent views from its terraces and windows.

On the ground floor, we find the living room, with an open kitchen, as well as a bathroom. From the living room you can access the garage, and the garden-terrace, where you access through some windows, which communicate us with an outdoor area, equipped with table and chairs, barbecue area, pool and sun beds, to enjoy the Exterior.

Through the stairs, you access the first floor where there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them inside one of the rooms. Two of the rooms are double and one is single. All rooms have windows, one of them gives access to a beautiful terrace from where you can see the sea and the bay of Pollensa.

On the second floor we find a large double room with en suite bathroom, with access to a private terrace, which allows you to see the mountains and the sea.
