This ground floor apartment has a communal pool and is in a peaceful neighbourhood, and just a 2 minute walk to Llenaire beach.



The apartment is one in a block of just nine. As it is conveniently situated on the ground floor, there are no stairs and there is direct access from the apartment terrace to the communal pool and garden. The pool also has a separate, shallow children's area.



The community rules state that the pool area must not be used between 3 and 5pm, during the siesta time. We kindly ask you to respect this, Thank you!



Inside the apartment, there is an open-plan sitting room where guests can enjoy a large Smart TV and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pretty breakfast terrace overlooking the pool



The apartment sleeps six in three bedrooms: a double bedroom and two twins. There are two bathrooms. One has been recently renovated and has a stunning walk-in shower and the second bathroom has a bath with overhead shower



Guests can enjoy the 20 minute walk along the pretty seafront to the centre of Puerto Pollensa where there are plenty of excellent restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is very child-friendly and there is a wooden play area which will entertain your little ones for hours.



There are also plenty of reasonably priced bike hire shops in the port, so you can easily hire bikes and cycle into the centre of Puerto Pollensa or Alcudia old town. No car needed! Although there is a dedicated parking space next to the apartment if you do decide to hire a car.
