This charming stone farmhouse lies in the peace and tranquillity of the beautiful Mallorcan countryside not far from Pollensa and just a short drive from the glorious coastline. Surrounded by magnificent views, it is a villa full of Mallorcan charm and character with its beamed ceilings, rustic tiled floors and open stone walls.



Swathed in colourful flowers, the private entrance opens onto a long unmade driveway leading to the villa and its ample parking area. Inside, the fitted kitchen features low beamed ceilings, and a double sink, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, glass ceramic hob and an electric oven plus a walk-in pantry.



The spacious lounge dining area boasts tasteful wood furniture, paintings and decorative Mallorcan plates and ceramics. From the lounge, stairs lead up to the sleeping area; the bedrooms consist of two twins and one double, all sharing a full bathroom.



At the front of the villa is a large front terrace decorated with a vineyard pergola from where you can appreciate the lovely rural setting of the villa. To the side of the villa there is a built in barbecue plus a wood burning oven housed under a cool covered terrace and a further shower room.



The beautifully kept lawn offers plenty of opportunity for sunbathing and the lovely pool overlooking the unspoilt countryside.



Finally, we would like to highlight that the villa offers Internet connection (Wi-Fi). THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
