Welcome to this great house with terrace in the residential area of Son Serra de Marina where 6 guests will find their second home near the beach.
The cosy porch and the attached terrace of this beautiful beach house invite to relax. You'll find a table with chairs at the porch where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning and a delicious meal later. Next, the terrace with 2 sunloungers is the perfect place for sunbathing or for a good reading, feeling even the sea breeze. In fact, when it's really hot, the exterior shower will help you cool down but you better head to the beach that is only a few steps away.

Inside, the great living room meets you. It features 2 spaces, one to sit and enjoy a chat with your loved ones maybe with a cup of coffee, and the other with a comfortable chaise longue where you can watch the TV-sat. Next you enter the dining kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and all you need to cook. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are here. There are 3 bedrooms with AC, one with twin beds and the two other with double bed and a closet. Finally, there are 2 bathrooms in the house, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Two baby cots and two high-chairs also are available.

The location is totally privileged if you are looking for the perfect combination between being in the town centre -with all basic services around- and also with the peace and the beach nearby because Son Serra de Marina is characterised for being a family friendly coastal area. Its rocky sandy beach is 550 metres away from the house.
