Our apartments are located near Avenida de América in the Chamartin neighborhood, very close to the “Golden Mile” near Lopez de Hoyos, Principe de Vergara, and Serrano streets where you will find the brand stores, bars and restaurants of the most exclusive of Madrid.

The base price is for 1 or 2 people; From the 3rd and 4th person € 30 is charged for each person and per night of stay.

The keys will be delivered in the same apartment.

The Opening Hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. On contact phones. OUT OF THESE SCHEDULES WILL NOT BE TAKEN.

- The entrance schedule is from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the departure at 12:00 a.m. m. noon
- “The stay out of hours without authorization of the manager will originate the charge corresponding to their occupation” and / or compensation for damages to third occupants.
