The Val Artíes 1 Apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. You enter the apartment directly into the living room, with the dining area and a modern open-plan kitchen located next to it. Between the living room and the dining area is the fireplace. A partition wall that does not reach the ceiling separates the living area from the bedroom, which is equipped with a 150 cm double bed. The living room also has a sofa bed. Next to the bedroom is the bathroom, equipped with a shower.

Artíes is home to some of the most famous restaurants and pintxo bars in the valley, and along with Vielha, it is one of the main hubs for nightlife. Its strategic location places it between Vielha and Baqueira Beret (7 km from both).
