This house offers all its amenities on a single floor: living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry room.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, water heater, coffee machine, espresso machine, juicer, and blender. The house has a washing machine, clothes dryer, clothes iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, cot & high chair (upon request), radiator, fireplace, and internet.

Casa Nonito has a separate house with one bedroom, about 15 m away, (Extra Unit) without a bathroom, which is only opened in the case of 3-person occupancy.

The house has a meditation cave.

The outdoor area offers a terrace with dining area, sun loungers, parasol, and barbecue, and invites you to enjoy the island's warm climate. In the garden, there is an orchard with fruit trees. Additionally, there is parking available for guests.
