Torre del Mar, a key point, stands out for its easy access and excellent communication, allowing you to explore the charming villages of the Axarquía, authentic tourist attractions. This vibrant area not only comes to life in summer, but throughout the year, thanks to its exceptional climate, one of the best in Europe, ideal for enjoying in winter and summer.



The apartment, located in a newly constructed building with a lift, welcomes you with a hall or reception area, living-dining room with a comfortable sofa bed of 135 cm, independent kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them inside the main bedroom. With a double bed of 150 cm in the first bedroom and two single beds of 90 cm in the second, we guarantee a pleasant rest.



The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for your stay, and the apartment has free WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a comfortable environment. In the residential complex, enjoy the seasonal summer community pool, subject to the homeowners' association rules, as well as a paddle tennis court and lush gardens.



For greater convenience, we offer an additional airport pickup service for a supplement. Pets are welcome, upon request and with a supplement.
