This beautiful apartment is located in the Phenicia building. It is located on the seafront, on the promenade, close to Riells beach, where you can find all kinds of restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, various shops, etc.

The privileged location and the multitude of practical activities make this apartment the opportunity to spend an unforgettable holiday.

The apartment has an independent kitchen, a living room with access to the terrace, where you can dine with family or friends while contemplating the magnificent sea view. It has two bedrooms, the first with a bed doubled, exit to the terrace and sea view; one second with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower.

The apartment has a community area where you can enjoy the swimming pool, the children's pool and the tennis court.

In total, 6 people can stay in the apartment: in a double bed, in two single beds and in a sofa bed (located in the living room).



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
