Villa

This villa is situated about 4 km far from Ronda and 400 m from the town of Arriate. It is surrounded by the typical trees and shrubs that grow in the area of "Serranía de Ronda". Here you will find yourself far away from the daily rush and you will be able to enjoy both the peace and privacy you are looking for.

The house consists of three bedrooms, two with a double bed each, the third one with two bunk beds. There are two big living areas and it is equipped with a stove, AC, oven, electric heaters, and so on.

In the outside area, you will find a huge private swimming pool with a sun terrace, in addition to a second, 50-cm deep swimming pool, where your children will be able to have fun without risks. There is also a barbecue, a ping-pong table and enormous terraces, where you can have dinner together with your beloved ones while enjoying the views over the Sierra. Furthermore, there is a grass area with sun loungers and a swing for the kids.

If you are an animal lover, you would certainly want to visit a small henhouse.

The access to the house is characterised by 200 m of a half-paved way.
