Beautiful house with private pool close to the beach in the wonderful El Candado area of Malaga. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bus stop and shops. Great sea views and also very close to the El Candado golf course. Very conveniant for a family vacation.

The Villa is in the El Candado area, in a quiet upscale residential area of Malaga. The area has it's own 24 hour security service and is very safe.

There is a large kitchen which is normally the center of activity in the house, a great place to make food and entertain and socialize. Large dining table with space for 8 people. The kitchen and living room both have access to a terrace with views of the sea and swimmoing pool. The master bedroom is large with ensuite bathroom Full size double bed. There is a further bedroom on the main floor with a 140 cm wide double bed with it's own access to toilet with sink. Downstairs there are 2 further double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. All beds are of good quality.

Malaga down town is only a 10 minute drive or you can pick the local bus transport just 2 minute walk from the house. Malaga city itself is very charming and has many interesting cultural events. There is also the Picasso museum, Thyssen, Pompidou center and the Russian museum. There is also a great automobile museum. The location is ideal also for exploring Andalucia and Cordoba, Seville, Granada, Ronda, Nerja and Cadiz are easily reachable by car. Skiing in Sierra Nevada is also only approximately 1.5 hours away by car.

The pool is 8X4 meters with 6 sun beds and direct access to downstairs living room. The depth varies from 180 cm to 160cm
