The floor is all exterior, some rooms, half, open to a large interior courtyard, but open, which is as if it were totally exterior. It is located between Gran Vía and Canalejas Avenue. Strategic situation. Going down on foot in 7 minutes you reach the Jesuit Park, in the opposite direction to the Plaza Mayor, a very careful and very large park. From the lower part of the park you go to the Aldehuela, river area, beach bars, beaches, and many sports spaces including a forest park.
