Independent house, at the end of the town of Llampaies, very small and quiet town. Surrounded by conreo fields and pine forests, for a walk.
The house has a garden with pool and fruit bowls, fenced around the farm.
2 km from the Ap-7 motorway exit, less than 20 minutes from the maritime town of Escala and the Ruins of Ampurias; and thirty minutes from Girona capital. House to disconnect and have contact with nature, there are small paths with forests next to the farm. At night noises are heard, it is a pleasure in summer to go out to the terrace and enjoy the silence. Well-conditioned house, with wifi, TV with internet, air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer, garden with pool and hammocks for summer, and chillout for winter or summer on the terrace, with exit from the kitchen and views of the garden, to the fields and the bell of the town .. We also have space for children's games, with darts and table tennis.
