Accommodation classified as "Interior Tourism", located on a ground floor with a terrace with modern furniture. It is ideal for families with capacity for 2 Adults + 1 kid until 14 years old (master bedroom with a double bed, also has a sofa bed in the living room). We can install a cot, on request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

Please note that the bedroom and the living room are not separated by a door.



Fully equipped and stylish living place, and very quiet. A/C, smart TV and Wi-FI included. Views to a little and quiet street. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. One completely bathroom.



No private transport is required as the spot is centrally located. You will be right 5-10 minutes walking from the main city atractions such as Cathedral, Plaza Major or Passeig d’es Born.



In this apartment it is possible to leave bicycles in the private interior patio.



“Sa Gerreria” is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and because of its low mass and it has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has great presence of urban art.



Rules:

- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized.



-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the accommodation.



-Please respect the shared areas of the building: stairs and hall, being silent and keeping them clean.



-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the house whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.



Booking conditions:


- A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay.



"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.



Note: The apartment is located in an area for residents only. In order to access the property by car, it is essential that you obtain a driver's license. We will give you instructions when you make the reservation.
