The upper floor offers a bedroom with double bed, access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a bathroom with shower and another bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the terrace.

On the ground floor there is another bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower apart from the fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a pantry and the living room with access to the terrace.

The terrace with its dining room is only for guests of this accommodation and opens to the garden for community use.

The garden has a swimming pool that is also for community use and has a drop of 0.5m - 2.0m in depth. During the dates 01.10.-31.05. the swimming pool is heated.



The propoerty has private parking for 4 vehicles.
