Apartment located in the neighborhood of Sarrià, near the subway stop of Tres Torres (300m).
The apartment has been recently renovated (june 2018), has a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom, in perfect condition.
From the living room, you have access to the kitchen and a small patio where you can enjoy daylight. The apartment is located in the basement of the building, but you can still enjoy daylight in the living room.
It has a big bathroom with a new big shower.
Wooden floor.
40" Smart TV with Netflix service included.
The Sarrià neighborhood is one of the quietest in Barcelona and its proximity to the metro L6 line gives you the possibility of reaching the city center in just 15 minutes.

Accommodation
Please, note that the apartment is located at the basement of the building, giving you access to the patio of the building, classic construction of the Sarrià neighborhood. The decoration is cozy and practical, facilitating a pleasant stay for our guests.
Although the apartment is on the ground floor of the building, it has enough natural light coming from both patios, having full access to one of them.

Guests can use the whole house without restrictions. Also, they can use the WiFi connection of the house as well as Ethernet connection.

Neighborhood
The Sarrià neighborhood is the quietest in Barcelona. Located in the upper area, its population is of upper-middle class. The historic center is full of bars and restaurants where to eat and is located a few meters from the apartment. Right next to the apartment you will find two of the main squares in the area, Plaça Joaquim Pena and Plaça Artós, which are preferred by the inhabitants of the area.

How to get around
Without any doubt, it is advisable to walk around the area. The streets of Sarrià have little traffic and are pleasant to walk around, especially on the weekend.
To get to the center of Barcelona, the best solution is the metro, which is less than 5 minutes walking from the apartment and you can travel to Passeig de Gracia or Plaça Catalunya in less than 12 minutes.
