The villa is located in Puerto Pollença in the urbanization Can Singala, right next to the Hotel Illa D'Or, 2 minutes walking distance from the sea. The centre of the port can be reached by a beautiful promenade along the famous Pine Walk. There you can find, besides exquisite restaurants, a wide variety of things to do; we recommend an excursion to Formentor, renting a motorboat to enjoy the unspoilt beaches that still exist or simply strolling and shopping.

Our villa is a small house from the 70's that we recently renovated in a contemporary style. It is fully equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), kitchen, living-dining room, spacious terraces for pleasant meals and let's not forget the beautiful and large swimming pool (7m x 3m x 1,8m), which ensures you a lot of privacy and a spectacular tan.
You can walk to the beach with the children and when you come back you can enjoy the swimming pool. The villa, as you can see in the photographs, is fully equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), kitchen, living-dining room, a large terrace that will allow you to enjoy pleasant meals and let's not forget the beautiful swimming pool that assures you a lot of privacy and a spectacular tan.
