Sustainable house, smart and located in an ecological farm with the characteristics of a Mallorcan House, in the municipality of Artà. Linda with the natural park of Llevant. Its location in a unique and exclusive place, surrounded by trees, oaks will allow you to enjoy total privacy.

The house consists of ground floor and first floor, with a total of 217 m. built. It belongs to the group of houses equipped depending only on renewable energies with radiant floor and pellet boiler.

The ground floor consists of a living room with fireplace, wifi, T V 55 ", music inside and outside the house.
In addition to a bedroom suite, kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to facilitate your stay: refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, water heater, kitchen with oven, and the own kitchen for a good operation with comfort.
On the first floor 3 bedrooms, one of them with a Jacuzzi-tub, and two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

All rooms have Wi-Fi, underfloor heating and beautiful views to the outside.

To enjoy outside we have a pool with sun beds, umbrellas and shower and a terrace with furniture. On the farm we have an orchard with fruit trees for the enjoyment of our customers.
