The house is on the ground floor of the building and consists of 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, a living room and bathroom, as well as having a small front terrace and a large backyard.
The house is located in an emblematic place in the capital: the Cuesta de la Encarnación is one of the streets through which the Bajada de la Virgen de Las Nieves passes (every 5 years) and neighbors turn to decorate their homes and greet to the pilgrims. You will have free access to the entire house. The terrace and backyard are for exclusive use also for guests.
