Layout, ground floor: large open space with different environments: living room, dining room, kitchen with access to the garden and spectacular views, a bathroom and garage.
First floor: 4 bedrooms: 2 suites with 160 X 200 cm beds, one with 2 single beds of 90 X 190 cm and the other with a 90 X 190 cm bunk bed for two people. 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces.
On request, 2 extra beds (inflatable mattresses) can be placed, ideal for children.
Second floor: 2 double bedrooms with 160 X 200 cm beds, a bathroom and a large sunny terrace.
Wifi, air conditioning.
Smoking is not allowed inside.
The rooms and bathrooms will be available depending on occupancy. If you want to have all the bedrooms and bathrooms, you must book the occupancy for 12 people.
Final cleaning, sheets and towels to be paid upon arrival 8 pax = €400 plus €20 per additional person.
