-It is an ideal apartment for families or groups of friends with a maximum capacity of 8 people.

If you want later than 23:00 at check-in, you should consult it.

-The payment of tourist taxes is mandatory, this tax has a cost of € 1 per person and day, it will be paid in cash on the day of delivery of the keys together with the additional € 25 for 1 night's stay in the rate cleaning fee, € 35 additional for 2 nights stay in cleaning fee or € 45 additional from 3 nights stay onwards in cleaning fee.

-Loss of apartment keys: € 50.

-Deal: If damage occurs to the accommodation, you could be charged up to a maximum of € 250.

-Private parking for € 10 / day.

-If you need a transfer from Barcelona Airport or Gerona Airport to the apartment, you just have to say so, this service has an additional cost.
