Smart TV 49 '', WIFI with Neflix and AC in the lounge and it is free for you.

It is located in the center of the city of Alicante, 3 min walk from the Paseo de las Palmeras and 5 to 10 min walk from the Postiguet Beach.

The apartment has a careful decoration with details brought from my travels around the world.

The kitchen is wonderful, with a marble front open to the living room of 45 m2.

SITUATION

It is a unique space located on Avenida de Ramón y Cajal 8.

Apartment with a lot of charm, recently renovated with the best qualities in May 2019, with ANTIK antiquarian furniture, property of my family, with details of the XIX century totally restored but always fusing the old with the modern and modern.

In 80 m2 there are 2 rooms with two beds and 2 bathrooms. One room has 2 single beds of 90x190. The second room contains two beds, one of which one is double. Son you can sleep 5 people perfectly in beds.

In the leaving room it is a sofa bed, it is extendable genuine leather with its own mattress of 135x190 cm. So if you need 2 more people can sleep at home.

The 45 m2 living room has an open kitchen with all brand new appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils.

The dining table is extendable for 8 people.

Next to train, bus and tram stations. 15 minutes from the Altet airport. Supermarkets, pharmacies 3 minutes walking.

Check in check out: it is very easy! I will not be in Alicante but my friend Nadia always helps me to give the keys to the guests.

There are goalkeeper 18 hours. They are very kind and willing to help you.

Also my cell phone will be available 24 hours in case any problem arises that I can solve.
