Cosy house with private pool divided into 2 independent apartments. Located in a quiet residential area just 8Km from the centre and Lloret de Mar beach.

Exterior area of 1,700 m2 with private pool, beautiful gardens and a large terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals with lovely mountain views. It also has a brick barbecue and parking.

Interior area of 120 m2: In the upstairs apartment, there is a large living-dining room with TV, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave), 2 double bedrooms (135x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.

The downstairs apartment has a large living-dining room with TV and fireplace, open to a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine), 1 double bedroom (135x190cm), 1 triple bedroom (1 bunk bed + 1 single bed 90x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower.

Young people not accepted.

This property is only for families. No bookings for young people under 35 years old are accepted.

Pets upon request and with supplement.



- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and

8 euros/person/towels.



- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair



Conditions for groups



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.



Check-in and check-out



The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
