Summary:
Basic apartment on the Barcelona coast, located next to the emblematic Rambla del Poble Nou and a few meters from Bogatell Beach.

The Space:
The apartment is located in the fourth floor of a century-old building, simple but practical, with all what you need for a comfortable stay. It does not have an elevator, though. On the other hand, from the tiny balcony you can see the Torre Agbar and the sea.
The flat houses up to 6 people and has one bedroom with a double (futon), one bedroom with two simple beds and a living-room with another

The Neighborhood:
The flat is located on the Marià Aguiló street, a calm walking passage lined with restaurants, shops and some of the most interesting places of the neighborhood, such as the Aliança del Poble Nou.
This historical area of the Poble Nou blends buildings from the XIX century with contemporary works, in an odd architectural mixture that makes of this neighborhood one of the most valued in the city.
Stroll down the Rambla del Poble Nou, some minutes away, and you will join the seaside.
This is the ideal place to spend some vacations with friends, for sport enthusiasts, and for tourists interested in Barcelona’s cultural life.
