Short description of the property and the environment:This beautiful holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , swimming pool, terrace with sea view, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi is very good situated at just 200 meters from the beach in Benalmadena Costa . Due to its location near the beach in Benalmadena Costa This is an ideal apartment for a lovely beach holiday with the kids, family or friends. The apartment is well maintained and nicely decorated in a cozy rustic style. From the living room and the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent views of the sea and the surroundings. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a south facing terrace. In the garden of the complex is a large swimming pool, and there is in the closed communal parking area. The holiday apartment is situated on the 7th floor (with elevator) of the apartment building Torrealmadena in Benalmadena Costa. Within walking distance in the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find a variety of national and international restaurants, shops, two supermarkets and a bus stop. The beautiful sandy beach is just 200 meters from the apartment. On the beach there are several beach restaurants where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. At 30 minutes walking or 5 minutes by car or bus, you get into the wonderful marina of Benalmadena. Along the harbor there are numerous shops, restaurants and terraces. Here you can also organize a variety of water sports and boat trips. In the evening you can enjoy the night life of Benalmadena in one of the many discos around the harbor until the late hours. Also just 10 minutes walk from the apartment you will find the SELWO SEA LIVE PARK This is the only park of its kind in Andalusia. The Dolphinarium Selwo Marina is surrounded by terraces from which you can follow the dolphin- and sea lion shows. And of course not forgetting the TIVOLI WORLD - SHOW & AMUSEMENT PARKThis wonderful adventure park is about 1 km from the apartment.


LIVING ROOMThe living room with open kitchen is decorated in a cozy rustic style with beamed ceilings. From the sitting area and breakfast bar in the kitchen you can enjoy the magnificent views of the Mediterranean sea and the surrounding area. The living and the kitchen leads to the south facing terrace overlooking the garden with pool and the sea. INSIDE AVAILABLE: Individual air conditioning cold / hot in all rooms, three seater sofa plus an armchair and dining bar with 4 chairs. ENTERTAINMENT: Flat screen TV with a view English channels like BBC and Bloomberg and a DVD player. INTERNET: Free WiFi Internet.

BEDROOMSTwo bedrooms with enough wardrobes. The master bedroom has two single beds of 90 X 200 placed together, an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning / heating. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 X 200 and air conditioning / heating. A children high chair and baby cot are available on request.

TERRACECovered terrace orientated on the southeast with sunscreen, terrace table with 4 chairs and a electric grill to prepare a delicious diner on the terrace. Also there are 2 foldable sunbeds and 2 beach chairs in the apartment, that guests can use by the pool / on the beach.


SWIMMING POOLCommunal swimming pool with shower and sun lawn. Due to drought the pool is expected to reopen around mid June 2024. Outside high season the pool maybe closed.

PARKINGThere is a Communal gated parking, subject to availability.


CARA car is not necesary but to be able to fully enjoy the beautiful area we recommend you to rent a car. At only 350 meters from the apartment is a bus stop, and within walking distance of the apartment there are a supermarket, several restaurants, shops and the beach. Therefore, you also can choose to use the public transport instead of renting a car.


SAFETYThe complex is fully fenced. You enter through an automatic gate with remote control.

This accommodation is not available for weekends, parties and / or celebrations only.


In order to improve the quality of your check-in on site, we recommend that you pay the full amount before your arrival. This is the total amount including extras and deposit. Arrival outside office hours. After 17:00 hours or in the weekend, the entire amount must be paid in advance.


Upon arrival on Monday to Friday before 17:00 you will be personally checked in and escorted to your holiday accommodation. The keys will then be handed over to you in our office. For arrivals after 17:00 you can get keys from one of our key safes. The route and details will then be sent to you by e-mail.
