One of the bedrooms has a very comfortable queen-size bed and a pouf for children, and the other has two single beds. In addition, the apartment has two bathrooms with a shower equipped with a hairdryer, an American kitchen equipped with everything necessary to spend fabulous days with your loved ones and a wonderful terrace with direct views of the beautiful Victoria Beach and its seafront.
Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental agreement upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Dwellings for Tourist Purposes).
This apartment has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and can be opened with the mobile phone, so if you do the online check-in, you won't have to go through our office at all! If not, you will have to go through CALLE LÁZARO DOU, 2 CADIZ4RENTALS office.
