It is a terraced house, located on the ground floor consisting of 123 square meters of garden and 12 square meters of private parking adjoining the front.

The house is distributed with a living room, a kitchen with breakfast bar, a laundry, a pantry, two bathrooms of which one with a bath is located in suite with one of the two bedrooms.

Outside, about 10 meters from the house, there are garden areas accessed by a key. And that they have in their interior a swimming pool of 25x10 meters, separated in two with different depths for children and adults. You can also enjoy two Jacuzzis that work perfectly and showers, all this is about communal areas in which access is allowed from 09.00 to 22.00.

In the private garden, you can enjoy sun lounging in amacas or the shade provided by a palm tree about 4 meters high that is included in the garden itself. They can also have a built-in barbecue to enjoy a meal on the porch of the house.

The house is fully equipped and is ideal for tourist stays as it is located in a coastal area. It is very well located, since the beach is only 0.5 km away and the bus stop 50 meters away, in case you want to visit other points of the island.
