Villa Cristina is a beautiful 4-bedroom property with modernist design built on 2 floors located in a very quiet area, just 2.5km from the beautiful Cala Canyelles beach, about 3km from the centre of Lloret de Mar and 4.5km from the centre of Tossa de Mar, a charming walled medieval city. Ideal for a relaxing holiday on the Costa Brava with the family, it includes everything you need to feel at home! It can accommodate up to 8 people with its 200m2 area and 1034m2 plot. In the outdoor area, you can enjoy a garden with a private pool (10x4m) with a shallow area for children. On the ground floor, there is a sunny living room with a sofa, a 42" satellite TV with DVD, open to a fully equipped kitchen that includes cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Yes, we want you to enjoy your meals as if you were at home! There is also a toilet and a bedroom with bunk beds (90 x 190cm). On the upper floor, there is a suite consisting of a room with a double bed (150x190cm), a sofa bed and a bathroom with hydromassage and bathtub; a room with two single beds (90x190cm) and a room with a double bed (135x190cm); as well as another full bathroom. There is also a spacious terrace from where you can enjoy the wonderful views offered by this villa. Free internet. Air conditioning included in the price. We do not allow young groups and parties in this unit. This property is only for families. There is an annex to the house where maintenance staff live, with separate entrances.

Cala Canyelles is a beautiful stretch of the Costa Brava with 500 metres of the characteristic coarse white sandy beaches of the area. Umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented, as well as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also enjoy Mediterranean food, fish and paellas at the restaurant located on the beach. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and some lovely beaches.

- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.



Check-in and check-out



The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
