House of 208m² with garden of 500m², with private pool of 4x8m, barbecue area, outdoor gazebo pergola with incredible views of the sea, lower garden with lemon tree and terrace for the lower rooms. This large property has an ideal capacity for 6 people (possibility of expanding up to 8).
It is divided into 3rd floors with stairs:
-On the top floor is the living room with fireplace, large terrace, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, etc.), 1 double room with 2 single beds of 110x200cm, with access to terrace overlooking the sea, 1 full bathroom with large shower, 1 separate laundry (washing machine, sink, drying rack, extra fridge, pantry, iron and ironing board).
- On the 2nd floor there are 2 double bedrooms with access to the garden, and 1 office with double sofa bed, and 1 full bathroom with bathtub, this floor has access to the garden.
- On the ground floor is the private parking with automatic gate for 2 medium or 1 large cars.
Access to the house can be from the street through the parking lot or by the community side staircase that leads to the upper floor.

Services and common areas

The Rosamar urbanization is private and has access control. Guests have access to the beaches and the entire urbanization without paying parking which in high season is mandatory for tourists. They also have access to the private pool of the house, private garage in the house and exclusively for guests.

Other highlights

You will have clean towels and sheets, if you are more than 1 week you will be left free of sheets and towels. At check-in I will leave you a small purchase of water, milk, bread, jam, for breakfast. It is advisable that you go shopping at the supermarket before arriving at the house (I recommend the Mercadona supermarket in Sant Feliu de Guixols), since the small supermarket in the urbanization has few things.
