The other two bedrooms have a 1,50m x 2,00m bed with direct access to a balcony. The other bathroom is in the intermediate zone between the three bedrooms. The house has wifi connection, television with satellite connection in German, English, Spanish and Netflix. The house has a lot of light and the bedrooms and the living room have a darkening system to prevent sun exposure and rest. The parking is on the public road for free, providing the area of ease to park. The house has a free safe for its customers, alarm service for when they are absent and want to activate it, beach towels, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, first aid kit, hair dryer, oven, microwave, washing machine, drying rack , iron and everything you need to enjoy a practical and pleasant stay. The house is located in a residential area, central in the village of Tias, from where you can walk in a few minutes, to the supermarket, bakeries, fruit shops, sports center, bank branches, pharmacies, health center, taxi rank and Bus, City Hall and the commercial area of Tías framed in the Central Avenue and surroundings, where you can find a variety of restaurants and bars with traditional Spanish cuisine and from other countries. It is an ideal house to relax, located practically in the center of the island.
