The villa is very bright surrounded by large windows and with sea views from almost every window.

Private heated swimming pool (up to a maximum of 26 degrees), table tennis, barbecue.

There is a garage of 70 m2 with a small gym and table football.

Set on two levels it has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with capacity for up to 10 people. 10 people and is accessed by

an elegant staircase. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen including

dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, glass, oven, microwave, oven and hob, coffee machine, glass, oven and

everything you need for cooking.

It is surrounded by windows overlooking the garden, the heated outdoor swimming pool and outdoor shower with sea

views.

Dear guest, please note that arrivals after 22.30 hrs are subject to a late check-in fee.

Please do not leave the keys inside the door, as it is very likely that we will have to call the locksmith and you would be

responsible for the call out charges.

In case of loss of the remote control, the amount charged will be € 60.00.

Every Monday and Thursday, one of our staff will clean and maintain the pool/garden.

Our team is at your disposal to support you.

There are several bars, a small supermarket and a restaurant within walking distance, hairdresser, veterinarian, butcher.

To go to the beach it is advisable to rent a car and within 2 km you can reach the following beaches

Duque or Fañabe beach. At 800 m you will find the Gransur shopping centre with shops shops, restaurants and

cinemas.





IMPORTANT: We work with the best laundry on the island, ALL OUR CLOTHING is treated with oxygen, DISINFECTED

and controlled by laboratories!
