Entire private house, 2 minutes from the seashore and 5 minutes from Reina Sofia airport. If you are looking for something different to spend a few days with your family or friends in tranquility, privacy and with magnificent views of the sea in Tenerife, this is the place to be. At the very edge of the sea, at Amarilla Golf, landscape architect Donald Steel created an 18-hole course that looks at the ocean and sometimes forces the ball to play on the same waves to reach the green. This is hole 5, without a doubt, one of the most spectacular in the field. Palm trees, indica cannas, Canarian pines and water obstacles encourage a tour that also offers fantastic views of the Teide. The club also has pitch & putt, pool and even riding club.

The car is easy to park, free, on the street and is located near the entrance of the house. The house on the ground floor consists of a bedroom and a living room with air conditioning and open kitchen. The center of the house, a living-dining room, is provided with a very well equipped kitchen, the kitchen has a fridge, freezing, pulsed air oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and juicer. The master bedroom is equipped with a closet and an ironing space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bath and toilet. There is a washing machine. Terrace equipped with barbecue overlooking the sea. There is a beautiful and well-kept garden with local flowers and cacti. The terrace also has a covered area to hide from the sun. The house is located in a complex of about 30 townhouses in the outer limits of Amarilla Golf in the south of Tenerife. The house is the first in the line with free view of the landscape. The pool is only a few meters from the house and can be accessed for free. You will often have the pool for yourself, since the few residents who live here hardly use the pool. A few meters away there is also a supermarket and bars nearby.
