Casita Carmen:
The Casita is located on an 8000 sqm plot with three holiday homes.



All houses on this finca are for themselves with their own grounds and pool.



Each has its own access, terrace and barbecue.



The finca is located in the sunny southeast of the island, about 250m above the village of Candelaria in Malpais de Candelaria.



Here, surrounded by green countryside, you can enjoy the peace and nature on holiday.



To the beach of La Candelaria it is only about 10 minutes.



The house is situated in Malpais de Candelaria, in Valle de Güimar.

The holiday house is equipped with:



*One bedroom with two single beds plus folding sofa in the living room for max. 2-4 people.



The house was built with Cantos stones typical of the Canary Islands, which convey a rustic ambience.



*The living area with traditional canarian kitchen offers everything for your holiday like stove, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster and a SAT TV TV with German programs.



*The bathroom is equipped with shower, washbasin, WC.



Bed linen and towels are provided.



In front of the house is the terrace and the barbecue.



The private pool is located in the garden behind the house.
