There are parking spaces for 2 cars on the plot and the villa is surrounded by a pine forest and different bushes giving privacy and charm. LOCATION: It is in an exceptional location between the towns of Calpe and Altea and has excellent connections to the AP-7 motorway.The property is 6 minutes by car to the Altea beaches. This area boasts very good restaurants by the sea and places where water sports can be practised. Approximately a 10 minutes car journey will take you to the centre of Altea where many restaurants can be found. Calpe is about 15 minutes by car where one can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches and all holiday activities.
