INTERIOR: This large villa, divided in two floors , has 280 m2. The main floor has three bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning and TV. This floor has two bathrooms (one en-suite with shower and the second with bathtub).On the same floor you will find a beautifully-decorated and luminous living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, and a nice dining room with amazing views to the mountains of Bérnia and Oltá. On the bottom floor there are two bedrooms with double-beds (all of them with air conditioning and TV) and two bathrooms (one of them en-suite with shower and the other with bathtub). There is also a modern open kitchen and a well-decorated dining room where the soft colours dominate creating a relaxing atmosphere on the floor level.



EXTERIOR: The villa has an outstanding plot of 8.000 m2 and captivating terraces of approximately 400m2. There is an elegant path with two rows of palm trees to access the villa. In front of the villa there is a large terrace with comfortable sunbeds and a large heated swimming pool with direct access to the bottom floor of the villa. On a higher level, the villa has an outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, stools, sofas and a large dining table to enjoy the incredible sunset valley views in the evenings and amazing views of the stars at night. Adjacent to the dining area is a sidewalk terrace with outdoor sofas and chill out corner, all decorated in Moroccan style where you can relax and enjoy a coffee or a refreshing drink accompanied by a good book or good conversation. The views at night are simply adorable. The entire garden has beautiful views of the countryside, vineyards and mountains. The valley is very quiet and, together with the well-kept furnishings, it gives an enchanting and enveloping atmosphere that invites you to rest, as well as confidence, providing a special relaxation factor, whether you are enjoying the views or the time with your loved ones.



LOCATION OF THE HOUSE: The villa is located in a valley that is reminiscent of the Italian Tuscany. The villages of Moraira and Benissa Coast (Costa Blanca) are easy and quick to reach and there are a number of small natural coves with paradisiacal beaches in the area. Famous restaurants serving traditional Mediterranean cuisine such as "Casa del Maco" or "Cañis" and the well-known "Pedramala" restaurant with varied food are also close to the villa.
