LAY OUT: This pretty villa is distributed in one floor. There is a spacious and bright space consisting of the fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a wooden table for 4 people and a nice set of beige sofas. It is important to mention that the living room has a fireplace for the cold evenings during the winter. The villa has two bedrooms with double beds (one with a king size bed) and a full bathroom with shower.



EXTERIOR: The villa is on a closed and flat plot with a parking where we will park several vehicles inside. There is a covered terrace with outdoor dining room and another open terrace where we will find the large swimming pool with sun beds and an outdoor shower, it is the perfect place to relax and sunbathe. The beautiful garden has several kinds of plants and trees.



LOCATION: The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Moraira very well connected. A few minutes away from the well-known village of Moraira where there are nice shops and restaurants, we can also visit the well known Club Náutico of Moraira. We will be a few kilometres away from the clear sea of the area's coves such as Cala Baladrar, Pinets, Advocat, etc ...and the wonderful sandy beaches.
