Villa

The villa is located in a quiet residential area. At the same time, it is only a 10-minute walk from the Riells beach in L\'Escala.

Riells beach is very large, with fine sand and very shallow. On the Riells Beach Promenade, you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, supermarkets, water sports, etc.

The house has a very comfortable living room, a large and modern kitchen, very well equipped and open to the dining room with access to the terrace and the garden. Three bedrooms: two with a double bed each and one with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower.

Outside, you will find a private pool and a large garden where children can play freely while you prepare the barbecue and enjoy lunch with friends.

In total, the house can accommodate 8 people: two double beds (180cm and 135cm), two single beds (90 cm) and a bunk bed.



Check-in: from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. To check-in on Sunday or on public holidays, contact the agency. Key collection location: the agency. A deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€300) and will be refunded within the next 7 days after check-out.

Bed linen is included in the final cleaning price.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax €1/person/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking including one bath towel per guest, one hand towel and one bath mat per bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, cot, highchair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in after 8:00 pm.
