La Piniella Village House is a typical Asturian construction of 275 m2 built, distributed on two floors in a closed estate of 1300 m2. It is a stone house, perfect to rest and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. It has four double rooms (10 PAX), three bathrooms, living-dining room, living room, corridor and a large kitchen. It is equipped with bedding, towels, kitchenware, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, TV and heating.


The outdoor area has a garden, seating area and outdoor dining area. We must highlight the two centenary oaks.


The house is located in the village of Villahormes, in the council of Llanes in full nature, with a rural environment and with the proximity of the towns Llanes and Ribadesella. Its location allows you to enjoy this Asturian landscape, where the proximity between the sea and the mountain make this place a privileged place to rest and perform many activities during your vacation. In its vicinity you can enjoy beaches such as Guadamía, Cuevas del Mar, San Antonio, La Huelga, Gulpilluri, San Antolin, Torimbia or Niembro, all of them less than 5 km.

Its proximity to the Sierra de Cuera and the Picos de Europa (20 min.), Makes it a must for mountain and hiking lovers. Where you can visit places like Naranjo de Bulnes, Ruta del Cares, Lagos de Covadonga, etc.

This situation will allow the visitor to do many activities such as tourist routes, hiking and cultural visits, as well as organizing other activities such as coasteering, climbing, fishing, river descents by canoe, risk sports, surfing, golf, etc.
