Cottage

Casa Elba is a typical Bercian mountain house, with stone, slate and wood masonry. It has been rehabilitated scrupulously respecting its exterior features and decorated with a traditional interior at the same time comfortable and functional, with all the necessary amenities for a memorable stay. It is a perfect space for up to six guests.

On the ground floor is the kitchen, the living area, a pantry room and a bathroom. The living room has a fireplace, as well as a pellet stove very easy to use and gives off the optimal heat to spend the colder months. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, oven, fridge, microwave and hob, as well as multiple cutlery utensils for cooking with total comfort. The first floor is accessed by an internal staircase, as well as by the exterior through the corridor, from where wonderful panoramic views of the Silence Valley and the summits of the Aquilian mountains are contemplated.

The first floor has a total of three rooms, all three are double rooms, two of them with double beds and the last one with two twin beds. Both bathrooms have large thermostatic showers, heating and towels available to guests.
