The apartment is located on the 1st floor, with 2 lifts in the building. The urbanisation has a large green garden and two communal pools, one large pool and one children's pool, open from the 15th of May.




The apartment is situated on the promenade of Los Boliches, Fuengirola, where you can enjoy wonderful walks and bike rides all year around. There is a multitude of great restaurants, bars, shops and mini-markets just outside the door. The beach is very popular and only a stone's throw away you have Club de Padel Los Boliches. The nearest train station is Los Boliches, just a short walk away, with a direct access to the airport and Malaga city.
