The property is divided into 2 units; Main house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite) and a toilet. Large living room with modern equipped kitchen and living room.
From the living room we access the pool terrace equipped with sun loungers and outdoor furniture and a few meters away we have an apartment with an independent entrance to the main house with 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and lounge. On the upper floor there is another bedroom which is accessed by an external staircase. This bedroom will remain closed as it is not available for rent. Parking for 2 cars.
