This is a unique property in the city of Seville. At the moment you set foot in this house, you will be impressed by its entrance, with a wonderful patio adorned with a vertical and natural garden. As you explore the different plants, you will reach the attic, where an incredible terrace with solarium awaits you. Passing through the main rooms, the spacious living and dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and the comfortable rooms with private bathroom, you will feel enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. In addition, the house has a private elevator that will take you to all floors except the attic. Our house has two terraces, one in the attic where you can enjoy the good weather of the city, and another on the intermediate floor, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a quiet meal.
