It is located in the heart of the municipality of La Codoñera, a quiet town of about 300 inhabitants of the Comarca del Bajo Aragón where all the necessary services are available for those guests who require it, such as supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, Steakhouse, bar-restaurant, pool, etc.

The apartments have been created from the rehabilitation of the original building, dated in 1891, maintaining and / or recovering to the maximum the structural and ornamental elements originally existing in the house, such as the stone facade, the wooden guard, the vaulted ceilings as well as the typical colors of the area in interior and exterior spaces.

This building was used as a private home at the beginning and as a pen later.

The Codoñera sits on a plain guarded by the Santa Barbara mountain. Its best panorama can be seen from the hermitage of Loreto.
