Beautiful apartment in the Al Andalus residencial complex in Vera Playa, for up to 5 people (max 4 adults +1 child or baby). With terrace, living room with TV smart with spanish channels. German/ Belgian satellite TV available on request, Wifi, kitchen (with refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave) 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite with bath). Cold / hot air conditioning system. Plaza covered parking.

Urbanization with beautiful decorations, excellent location, modern and comfortable, very suitable for family. Children will make friends right away. Outdoor summer pool set with small pool for small children and babies, open from June 1 to September 30, outside those dates there is indoor and heated pool (ask for opening). Tennis court / paddle. There is also a small children’s playground. Several floors available in same urbanization.

Stays over 21 days as well as all stays Out of Season : Electricity is not included and will be charged in full according to comsumption. There is a meter/counter in the appartment for your monitoring.
